Students studying Radio at Bay of Plenty Polytechnic will find themselves at the heart of student life on campus as they hear themselves broadcast on their own fully functional FM radio station SUB 88.3FM. Students have access to top digital editing, music programming, research and broadcast software all located in modern studios in the hub of the busy Windermere campus.
SUBFM can be heard from Windermere to Mount Maunganui on 88.3FM PLU S broadcasts 24 hours a day seven days a week on line at subfm.co.nz. SUB 88.3FM & 107.7FM plays 100% kiwi hit music 24 hours a day seven days a week. Radio students are responsible for the day to day management of the station and are lucky enough to work with state of the art automation and digital editing software. Radio Broadcasting students are also trained in web site management.
